Data Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the capability to convert complex datasets into meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel. • Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational business decisions. • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. • Perform ad hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders and management. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across databases and reporting systems. • Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence (BI) systems. • Professional certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Data Analytics are an added advantage.
