Forward Deployed Engineer

They're developing AI-powered voice, chat and automation agents that help large enterprises automate customer interactions, streamline workflows and integrate AI into their everyday operations. With demand for enterprise AI accelerating across the Middle East, they're expanding their engineering team and looking for people who want to build technology that's already making a real-world impact. About the Role We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deploy production-ready AI agents across voice, chat and email. You'll work with Python, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph and Voice AI technologies , developing intelligent systems that automate real business workflows. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work closely with product teams and enterprise clients, taking AI solutions from initial prototypes through to production. Responsibilities • Design and deploy AI agents for voice, chat and workflow automation. • Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows connecting LLMs with enterprise data. • Integrate Voice AI, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS) and telephony APIs. • Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI . • Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms and external systems. • Deploy and optimise AI applications for real-time performance, scalability and reliability . • Collaborate with clients and product teams to deliver AI solutions. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering. • Strong programming skills in Python or another backend language. • Hands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents or RAG systems . • Experience integrating external APIs and backend services. • Exposure to Voice AI, conversational AI or real-time communication technologies . • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks . • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
