Forklift Driver Oman National

• Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse and yard • Safely transport building materials, power tools, hand tools, construction materials, hardware, and industrial items to designated locations • Inspect forklift and related equipment daily to ensure safe functioning and report any issues or maintenance needs • Stack and organize products and materials in a safe and accessible manner • Assist in inventory management by recording and updating movement and storage of goods • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures for material handling involving heavy, bulky, or hazardous items • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and logistics team to fulfill order requirements and ensure timely delivery/dispatch • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and material movement areas • Support loading/unloading operations during inbound and outbound shipments • Participate in periodic training and development sessions for equipment and warehouse safety • Omani Nationality (Mandatory, in line with Omanization policy) • Secondary school education or equivalent • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within trading or construction materials sector • Valid Oman Forklift Operator License (Required) • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English and/or Arabic Skills & Competencies: • Good knowledge of safe lifting and material handling practices • Familiarity with the storage and transport of building materials, power tools, hand tools, and industrial items • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Physical stamina for manual tasks and lifting (as required by the job) • Good communication and interpersonal skills
