Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced **Food Safety \& Quality Director** to lead our quality assurance and food safety programs. The successful candidate will oversee compliance, implement best practices, and ensure that all products meet regulatory and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities * **Food safety management**: Develop and enforce food safety policies aligned with HACCP, ISO, and local regulations. * **Quality assurance**: Oversee testing, inspections, and audits to maintain product excellence. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to Omani and international food safety standards. * **Process improvement**: Identify areas for efficiency and implement corrective actions. * **Team leadership**: Mentor and manage quality control teams to achieve organizational goals. * **Customer assurance**: Collaborate with clients to meet expectations and resolve quality concerns. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in food safety and quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other international food safety standards. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Familiarity with Oman’s food industry regulations is an advantage.
