We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology. #### **Role Overview** To portion meals for our customers using our technology \- ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality \& consistency. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out * Communicating with the drivers \& Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experience * Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen * Ensuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standards ##### **Qualifications and Requirements** * Must have at least 1–2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food * Holds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility * Must be a proficient communicator in English * Has good communication skills * Knowledge in food safety is a plus * Willing to relocate to Kuwait ##### **Personality** * Enthusiastic and values respect for everyone around them * Strong communicator * Acts with empathy
