WE ARE HIRING – EXPERIENCED FLORIST � Location: Al Warqa, Dubai, UAE We are looking for a creative, hardworking, and experienced florist to join our team! Requirements: • Previous experience as a florist. • Good knowledge of flowers and bouquet arrangements. • Hardworking, reliable, and flexible. • Able to work under pressure during busy periods. • Must be comfortable showing their face in social media videos and reels. • Languages: English and Arabic preferred. � Interested candidates, please share your CV and portfolio. • 2-4 years of experience in a floral shop or related retail environment, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of floral arrangements and customer service. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet seasonal demands and customer needs. • Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques to maintain product quality and longevity. • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an advantage to cater to diverse clientele. • Strong technical skills in floral design, including knowledge of color theory, composition, and design principles. • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers, understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions. • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, enabling the candidate to produce visually stunning floral arrangements.
