Flooring Installer Vinyl Sheet and PVC

What you will do • Laying homogeneous and heterogeneous sheet vinyl, LVT and vinyl plank. • Subfloor preparation: grinding, patching, self-levelling and moisture testing. • Setting out, cutting, scribing and fitting to walls, doorways and columns. • Heat welding seams with welding rod and hot air gun, then skiving flush. • Forming coved skirting, capping and corner details in wet and clinical areas. • Correct adhesive selection and spread rate for the substrate. What we ask • Minimum 2 years laying sheet vinyl flooring in the UAE or GCC. • Confident with heat welding and coving, not only glue-down plank. • Able to prepare and level a subfloor to the standard the finish requires. • Accurate cutting and scribing with a clean seam and edge finish. • Physically fit for kneeling work and lifting rolls. • This is floor laying signage, sticker and vehicle wrap work is not relevant.
