About the job FLOOR SUPERVISOR- BAR A premium upscale bar & lounge in Dubai is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join the team immediately. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Captain, or similar role in an upscale bar, lounge, luxury restaurant, or nightlife venue. Fluent in French, Italian, or Arabic (English is essential). Strong leadership and guest engagement skills. Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards. Ability to supervise floor operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Well-presented with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Must be available to join immediately or within 2-3 weeks (priority will be given to immediate joiners).
