We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Flight Crew to join our growing team in Dubai. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding professionalism, strong decision-making abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic VIP aviation environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Minimum Requirements: CAPTAIN - LEGACY 650 • Valid ICAO ATPL License • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate • Current Type Rating on Legacy 650 • Minimum experience (Total Time) 3000 hours; 2500 hours PIC; 1000 hours on type • Instructor background would be an advantage • At least 5 years VIP Aviation experience FIRST OFFICER - LEGACY 650 • Valid ICAO CPL/IFR • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate • Current Type Rating on Legacy 650 • Minimum experience (Total Time) 500 hours • Previous experience in VIP/Business Aviation is advantageous • Hold a valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with a multi-engine rating and appropriate type rating for the Embraer Legacy • Possess a minimum of 3000 flight hours, with at least 1000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-engine jet aircraft. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of aviation regulations, CRM (Crew Resource Management), and safety management systems (SMS). • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for clear communication in an international aviation environment.
