Fleet Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

**Job Summary:** We are hiring a dynamic Fleet Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) for our client in Bahrain. The role involves actively meeting clients, generating new business, and managing fleet sales accounts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with fieldwork and possess strong relationship\-building skills. A valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and secure new fleet customers * Visit corporate clients, companies, and potential leads regularly * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with fleet clients * Promote and sell fleet vehicles tailored to client requirements * Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales deals * Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs * Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery * Keep up\-to\-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs * Maintain accurate reports of client visits and sales pipeline **Requirements:** * Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in automotive or fleet sales * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Self\-motivated with a target\-driven approach * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Knowledge of the Bahrain market is an advantage * Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory) **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred) Work Location: In person
