Job description\- Painting Supervisor Key responsibilities * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and supervise painters to ensure they are working effectively and following safety procedures. * **Project Management:** Oversee projects from start to finish, including scheduling, coordinating tasks, and managing resources. * **Quality Control:** Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and client expectations. * **Safety and Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure all work is performed in an environmentally responsible manner. * **Material Management:** Manage supplies, mix materials, and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
