Fit Out Technical Design Manager

About the role: Lead all design, engineering, and technical delivery activities from post-award through construction and handover. Serve as the primary technical interface between the Client, PMC, Operator, Consultants, Authorities, and project team, ensuring coordinated, approved, and buildable information is delivered in line with programme, procurement, quality, and commercial objectives. Qualifications & Experience: • Recent UAE-based experience • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design. • 12 15 years in Design Management or Technical Delivery with at least 3 years in a management position • Minimum five years delivering luxury hospitality or hotel refurbishment projects. • Strong Design & Build experience covering multidisciplinary coordination, technical approvals, shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups. • Luxury hospitality and high-end interior fit-out projects.
