Fit-Out Site Foreman / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Fit\-Out Site Foreman / Site Supervisor** to oversee the execution of interior fit\-out projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities and manpower. * Coordinate all subcontractors and ensure work progresses as planned. * Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. * Monitor workmanship, quality, and project progress. * Identify and resolve site issues promptly. * Prepare and submit daily progress reports with site photos. * Ensure site safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Requirements * Proven experience supervising **interior fit\-out projects** for: * Restaurants * Cafés * Retail shops * Hospitality projects * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Strong coordination, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Previous experience in **Qatar** is highly preferred.
