Fit-Out Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Fit\-Out Project Manager** to join our team for interior fit\-out projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Review construction drawings and BOQs. * Plan, coordinate, and manage all subcontractors. * Prepare and monitor project schedules. * Ensure project quality, progress, and timely completion. * Review variations, progress claims, and payments. * Manage the project from mobilization through final handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements * Proven experience managing **interior fit\-out projects** for: * Restaurants * Cafés * Retail shops * Hospitality projects * Strong knowledge of fit\-out drawings, BOQs, project planning, and site coordination. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Previous experience in **Qatar** is highly preferred.
