Fit-Out Production Manager

About the Company Design Technology Advertising specializes in commercial and retail fit-out solutions, delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects for leading international brands. We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Production Manager to oversee production, fabrication, site execution and project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines. • Manage end-to-end production and execution of retail and commercial fit-out projects. • Plan and supervise fabrication, carpentry, joinery, assembly, finishing, and installation activities. • Coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams. • Review technical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site measurements. • Prepare production schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and project timelines. • Monitor production quality, material usage, wastage, labour productivity, and project costs. • Ensure all fit-out works meet approved designs, client requirements, and quality standards. • Supervise workshop operations, fabrication teams, technicians, and site installation crews. • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues. • Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and site requirements. • Coordinate site access, work permits, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities. • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion within approved budgets. • Maintain production reports, progress updates, material records, and quality documentation. • Strong knowledge of retail and commercial interior fit-out works. • Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, construction tools, and installation techniques. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. • Strong production planning, scheduling, costing, and material estimation skills. • Experience managing workshop production, site teams, and subcontractors. • Knowledge of quality control, HSE requirements, and UAE fit-out procedures. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 5 years of relevant fit-out production or project execution experience in the UAE/GCC. • Experience handling retail stores, commercial interiors, or luxury brand fit-out projects is preferred. • Proven leadership and team management experience. • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred. • UAE driving licence is an advantage.
