FircoSoft Tuning Specialist

• Perform FircoSoft tuning and optimization for sanctions screening systems. • Analyze screening alerts and identify opportunities to reduce false positives. • Configure and fine-tune matching rules, thresholds, and screening parameters. • Review alert patterns and recommend improvements to screening effectiveness. • Collaborate with AML, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met. • Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of tuning changes. • Monitor tuning outcomes and maintain audit-ready records. • 3–7 years of experience in AML, sanctions screening, or financial crime technology. • Hands-on experience with FircoSoft/Firco systems tuning and configuration. • Strong understanding of sanctions screening, name matching, fuzzy logic, and false-positive reduction. • Experience working with banking transactions, payment screening, and AML compliance processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Banking or financial services experience is preferred. Preferred Skills • Experience with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, or other relevant FircoSoft screening solutions. • Knowledge of OFAC, UN, EU, and other applicable sanctions requirements. • Experience in tuning validation, UAT, and production optimization.
