Financial Controller

We re looking for a Financial Controller to join our M&A Accounting team in the UAE. You ll own close, reporting and audit, partner with local management, and bring each business in line with inDrive s standards. It s a hands-on role for a controller who enjoys multi-entity complexity and wants real influence on how acquisitions integrate. • Own month-end close and reporting for one or more acquired entities • Review balance sheet reconciliations and key journal entries • Partner with local management to understand the business and explain results vs. budget and forecast • Support budgeting, forecasting and earn-out tracking • Book and maintain PPA entries; provide input for valuations and technical memos • Handle audit requests and act as the auditors main contact for your entities • Align local policies, processes and controls with corporate standards (incl. Final benefits may vary depending on the location. • 10+ years of experience in accounting/controllership (Big 4 is a plus) • CPA/ACCA or equivalent • Strong US GAAP knowledge • Hands-on close and multi-entity experience; M&A integration and ERP transition/integration is a plus • Business-minded, comfortable working with non-finance people
