Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Finance Manager** to oversee the financial operations of our organization in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring strong financial controls while partnering with senior management to support business growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional with excellent analytical skills, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of financial management and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities* Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability. * Develop and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. * Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Support senior management with strategic financial planning and business decision\-making. * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly preferred. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in finance or accounting, with at least **2 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role**. * Proven experience managing corporate treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital management, and banking relationships. * Hands\-on experience securing debt financing, negotiating banking facilities, or raising funds through financial institutions or other funding sources is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Experience working in Oman or GCC countries is an advantage. * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. **Benefits** * Opportunity to join a growing organization with long\-term career prospects. * Collaborative and professional working environment. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
