• Posting Date: 04/11/2026 • Ref: KSA-476 • Position: Finance Manager (Healthcare) • Location: KSA • City: Western Region • Sector: Healthcare • Years of Experience 12 • Salary: SAR 30k monthly negotiable • Workdays: 6 • • • Financial Governance & Compliance: Lead hospital accounting operations, month-end/year-end closures, and ensure adherence to SOCPA, IFRS, ZATCA (e-invoicing/VAT), and Saudi healthcare regulations. • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Oversee patient billing, cash collections, and medical insurance claims processing to accelerate cash flow and minimize claim rejections/disallowances. • Budgeting & Departmental Forecasting: Formulate the hospital s annual operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets in close collaboration with clinical department heads and executive management. • Cost Accounting & Margin Control: Monitor hospital unit costs (bed occupancy, clinical procedures, pharmacy inventory, consumables) to identify cost drivers and protect departmental operating margins. • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Steer treasury functions, liquid assets, supplier credit cycles, capital allocations, and working capital to ensure liquidity for day-to-day healthcare operations. • Financial Reporting & Management Insights: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPI scorecards, and board-level management presentations for the General Manager. • Audit & Internal Controls: Direct internal financial controls, manage external and statutory audit engagements, and mitigate financial and operational risks across all clinical and administrative units. Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is an advantage. • Experience: Minimum 12 years of total accounting/finance experience, with proven track record serving directly as a Finance Manager in a hospital/healthcare setting. • Age Preference: Up to 45 years preferred. • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. • Residency: Must currently reside inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with transferable status / immediate availability.
