Field Technicians - Enterprise

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise-level hardware and software solutions at client sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic checks on network devices, servers, and workstations to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. • Respond to and resolve critical technical incidents and service requests, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations. • Document all technical procedures, configurations, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system for knowledge sharing and future reference. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or MCSA is highly advantageous. • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT support, with a proven track record in field service roles. • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity issues in a corporate environment.
