If you have a passion for sales and interior design, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast\-paced and rewarding environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Sales \& Customer Service:** * Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs. * Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling furniture and related products. * Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. * **Product Knowledge:** * Stay updated on the latest furniture trends, product offerings, and company promotions. * Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers. * **Showroom Maintenance:** * Ensure the showroom is well\-maintained, clean, and organized at all times. * Assist in arranging displays, ensuring that products are showcased in an appealing manner. * **Administrative Duties:** * Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory. * **Team Collaboration:** * Work closely with the sales team to meet overall showroom targets and objectives. * Assist in showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities as needed. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer\-first attitude. * Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail. * Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems). * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. * Must be presentable and possess excellent negotiation and persuasive skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and sales commission. * Professional growth and career development opportunities. * Friendly and collaborative working environment.
