Barista – Job Description We are looking for an **experienced and enthusiastic Barista** to join our café team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a passion for specialty coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare high\-quality coffee and beverages according to standards. * Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Assist with stock control and daily opening/closing duties. * Work effectively as part of the team. **Requirements:** Previous barista experience preferred, good communication skills, professional appearance, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
