Hear Barista/ team leader

**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Barista / Team Leader to oversee daily coffee operations, lead the barista team, and maintain exceptional specialty coffee standards. This role requires a deep understanding of specialty coffee, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, train, and supervise the barista team to ensure consistency and high performance * Maintain and uphold specialty coffee standards in espresso preparation, brewing methods, and service quality * Manage daily café operations, including workflow, scheduling, and shift coordination * Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control for coffee and related supplies * Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned * Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally * Support in developing seasonal menus, drink recipes, and coffee offerings * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards **Requirements** * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in specialty coffee * Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role * Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, manual brewing methods, and coffee profiling * Ability to train and mentor team members effectively * Highly cooperative with strong teamwork and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks * HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE TO FIX MACHINES AND TROUBLESHOOT **Preferred Qualifications** * Background in **accounting** (cost control, reporting) / **content creation** (social media, branding) * Valid **driving license** * Experience in menu development and business operations * technical expertise in machine trubleshooting **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Growth opportunities within a dynamic specialty coffee environment * A collaborative and quality\-driven workplace Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
