Fashion Production Coordinator (Female) – Custom Abaya Brand

You’ll be the hands-on heartbeat of our production flow — moving fabrics, coordinating with our tailors, and making sure every order goes out perfectly packed. No fashion experience needed: we’ll train you step by step until you can run your errands independently. Your week (6 days, Sundays off): • 2 days: collect fabrics from our suppliers, staple printed order sheets to the correct fabrics, and deliver them to our tailors • 2 days: collect finished abayas from the tailor shop, quality-checking each piece during collection • 2 days: pack and prepare orders for dispatch to customers Plus throughout the week: • Confirm sizes with customers on WhatsApp • Coordinate daily with the team on order status Locations: our Abu Hail (Deira) center and our Wadi Al Safa 5 workshop. Active, on-your-feet role. Every piece made-to-measure in Dubai. • Female candidates only (role involves handling women’s custom garments) • Must hold UAE residency (visit visa applicants will not be considered) • Based in Dubai with reliable daily availability, 6 days a week • UAE driving license strongly preferred; own car a big plus • Comfortable with a physical, on-your-feet role • Looking for a minimum one-year commitment • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable • English required; Arabic is a plus • Warm, professional communication style — you’ll be speaking with customers directly • Familiarity with abayas or modest fashion is a bonus — but not required
