Farms Asset Manager

• Oversee the operational and administrative management of farms held under minors' portfolios, including maintenance, service providers, contracts, and income monitoring • Coordinate with operators and relevant internal teams to ensure proper asset upkeep, regulatory compliance, and effective management of farm-related matters • Monitor farm productivity, operating costs, financial performance, and overall yield • Ensure full regulatory compliance and proper record-keeping across all portfolio agricultural assets • For the Farms Asset Manager position, candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience in farm asset management, agricultural operations, and portfolio administration • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in agricultural asset management or farm operations management. • Proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects and operational budgets within the agricultural sector. • Strong understanding of agricultural best practices, crop science, livestock management, and land stewardship.
