Factory Manager

**About the Company:** Platine Furniture specializes in furniture and interior design solutions based in Sharjah, committed to delivering distinctive designs and high\-quality services that meet the expectations of our clients across the UAE. **About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced **Factory Manager** with a strong background in furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage production operations, supervise multiple departments, and lead a large workforce while ensuring efficient and continuous production. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor manufacturing and production operations on a regular basis and ensure that work is progressing according to established plans. * Prepare and organize production schedules and distribute them among the different departments. * Supervise all stages of the manufacturing process and ensure production plans are properly implemented. * Develop production timelines and monitor adherence to planned schedules. * Select and appoint department supervisors based on their skills, experience, and leadership capabilities. * Identify production bottlenecks and obstacles and develop effective solutions to increase production capacity and efficiency. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production status, progress, and performance. * Receive and review regular reports from the Procurement and Warehouse Departments. * Review purchase requests prepared by the Warehouse Keeper and ensure they meet production requirements. * Supervise the receipt of materials and ensure that quantities and specifications match the required standards. * Prepare monthly reports for employee bonuses and deductions based on performance, attendance, and compliance. * Supervise employees, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and work procedures. * Coordinate continuously between Production, Procurement, and Warehouse Departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations. **Required Qualifications \& Experience** * Minimum **5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing**. * Proven experience in factory management or production supervision. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large number of employees. * Excellent organizational and production management skills. * Ability to identify production issues and bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. * Basic knowledge of factory safety practices and procedures. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with different departments. * Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills. * Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. * **Valid UAE driving license** is preferred. **Education \& Certifications** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in **Business Administration, Production Management, Industrial Management**, or a related field. * Relevant technical certifications or vocational training will be considered an advantage. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
