Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities * Manage daily factory operations. * Plan production schedules. * Supervise production and maintenance teams. * Ensure quality standards are met. * Monitor inventory and procurement. * Improve productivity and efficiency. * Ensure workplace safety compliance. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams. * Prepare production reports. * Achieve delivery targets and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field. * 8–10 years manufacturing experience. * Strong leadership and production management skills. * Experience in water treatment equipment manufacturing preferred. * Knowledge of quality systems and industrial safety standards.
