Facility Operations Officer

Position Summary Ehya Real Estate is seeking a Facility Operations Officer to lead the establishment and operation of hospitality and facility projects, from preparation and setup through pilot operations and full-scale implementation. The role focuses on achieving operational excellence, financial targets, and outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop operational plans, policies, and procedures for facility operations. • Ensure operational readiness of facilities and rental units. • Manage daily operations, reservations, occupancy, and revenue collection. • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and service providers. • Achieve revenue, profitability, and occupancy targets. • Enhance customer experience and maintain high service quality standards. • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional offers. • Prepare operational and financial reports and provide recommendations to management. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • 3 6 years of experience in facility operations, hospitality, or real estate operations. • Experience in project management or rental unit operations is preferred.
