Mechanical and Electrical Facility Maintenance Team (Maintenance)

• Proactively conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators) and electrical infrastructure to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime. • Perform timely and accurate repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations. • Execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems, meticulously documenting all work performed and parts used. • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing problems under pressure and implementing immediate solutions. • Must have experience in pipe Stainless Steel Manufacturing Company. • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an Associate's degree in a relevant technical field is highly preferred. • Holds relevant certifications such as HVAC Type II, Journeyman Electrician License, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials. • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, with a strong focus on both mechanical and electrical systems. • Demonstrates proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
