• Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) are highly desirable.
• Experience in the commercial or industrial sector, with familiarity in managing large-scale facilities.
• Preference for candidates with experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Proficient in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for facility planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to facility management, with a strong focus on improving operational efficiency.
