**Fabrication Operations Engineer:** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Fabrication Operations Engineer to manage and coordinate workshop fabrication activities, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines are achieved safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily fabrication and workshop operations. * Plan production activities based on project priorities. * Coordinate with Planning, Projects, QA/QC, Procurement, and Stores. * Monitor fabrication progress and ensure on\-time completion. * Review fabrication drawings, material requirements, and production schedules. * Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively. * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures. * Identify production delays and implement corrective actions. * Monitor productivity and minimize material wastage. **مهندس عمليات التصنيع (Fabrication Production Engineer)ملخص الوظيفة** نبحث عن مهندس عمليات التصنيع للإشراف على أعمال الورشة وإدارة عمليات تصنيع الهياكل المعدنية، مع ضمان تحقيق خطط الإنتاج، والالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة، وتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد. **المسؤوليات الرئيسية** * الإشراف على عمليات التصنيع اليومية داخل الورشة. * تخطيط وتنظيم أعمال الإنتاج حسب أولويات المشاريع. * التنسيق مع أقسام التخطيط والمشاريع والجودة والمشتريات والمخازن. * متابعة تقدم أعمال التصنيع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية. * مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية وخطط الإنتاج ومتطلبات المواد. * توزيع العمالة والمعدات والموارد بكفاءة. * ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة والسلامة. * معالجة تأخير الإنتاج واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. * متابعة الإنتاجية وتقليل هدر المواد. * إعداد تقارير الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية. * تحسين كفاءة عمليات الورشة بشكل مستمر. * ضمان الاستخدام والصيانة السليمة لمعدات التصنيع. **المؤهلات المطلوبة** * بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المدنية أو الصناعية. * خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في تصنيع الهياكل المعدنية أو مصانع الفولاذ. * خبرة في الهياكل المعدنية، مباني PEB، النفط والغاز، أو المشاريع الصناعية والإنشائية. * القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية ورسومات الورشة (Shop Drawings وGA Drawings). * معرفة جيدة بعمليات اللحام والقص والتجميع والتصنيع. * إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة ERP. * مهارات قوية في القيادة والتخطيط والتواصل وحل المشكلات * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. * Support continuous improvement in workshop operations. * Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of fabrication equipment. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering. * 3–7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy steel manufacturing. * Experience in structural steel, PEB, oil \& gas, industrial, or construction projects. * Ability to read fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and GA drawings. * Knowledge of welding, cutting, assembly, and fabrication processes. * Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. * Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
