**Sales \& Revenue Generation** * **Lead Sourcing:** Proactively identify and target corporate clients, event planners, and social accounts to build a strong sales pipeline. * **Proposal Creation:** Design creative, tailored catering menus and packages that meet client needs and maximize profitability. * **Client Meetings \& Tours:** Host site inspections and food tastings to secure bookings and close contracts. * **Target Achievement:** Monitor monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, consistently working to hit or exceed sales goals. **Event Coordination \& Execution** * **Cross\-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with executive chefs, kitchen staff, and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution. * **Logistics Management:** Oversee event timelines, staffing requirements, equipment rentals, and venue setup. * **Quality Assurance:** Attend high\-profile events to ensure superb service delivery and client satisfaction. * **Post\-Event Follow\-Up:** Gather client feedback and address any issues to build long\-term loyalty and secure repeat business. **Market Research \& Relationship Building** * **Competitor Analysis:** Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the F\&B industry. * **Networking:** Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand your professional network. * **Account Management:** Maintain a strong database of past and present clients, utilizing CRM tools to manage relationships and send promotional offers. **Key Requirements** * **Experience:** Typically 3–5 years of proven experience in catering sales, banquet management, or hospitality sales. * **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of food and beverage trends, event operations, and local food safety standards. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills, paired with a highly organized and detail\-oriented mindset.
