Sales & Business Development Manager – Seafood Industry

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. • Manage B2B and B2C seafood sales across the UAE. • Handle seafood sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, and vendor management. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements. • Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and food service customers. • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets. • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams for smooth order execution. • Minimum 10 years of experience in the seafood trading industry. • Strong UAE market exposure with an established customer network. • Experience in seafood sales, procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth. • Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
