F&B Operations Manager

**Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Staff Management:** · Actively involved in foh staff trainings and supervise store employees including kitchen operations. · Manage multiple outlets foh staff · Schedule shifts and manage staff hours. · Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. · Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide high\-quality customer service. **2\. Sales and Customer Service:** · Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. · Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data. · Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. **3\. Inventory Management:** · Quality control for all items before before sending out · Oversee stock levels and make decisions on stock orders. · Ensure the store is well\-stocked and organized. · Manage a good relationship with suppliers and vendors. **4\. Financial Management:** · Monitor the store’s financial performance, including budgets and expenses. · Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. · Implement cost\-control measures to maximize profitability. **5\. Shop Operations:** · Ensure the store is clean, well\-organized, and visually appealing. · Oversee merchandising and product display. · Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. · Maintain store security and loss prevention. **6\. Promotions:** · Plan and execute in\-store promotions and events. · Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local marketing initiatives. · Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. **7\. Reporting and Analysis:** · Prepare and present regular profit and loss reports on store performance. · Provide insights and recommendations for improvements. Work Location: In person
