F&B Assistant Manager

• Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards. • Lead and motivate a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance through effective coaching. • Manage inventory control and cost management, implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability. • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining high service quality. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management capacity. • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in F&B cost control, inventory management, and P&L analysis.
