Experiential Event Director **Company:** Platinium Evenement **Location:** Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman **Salary:** OMR 1,450 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Summary Platinium Evenement is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized **Experiential Event Director** to lead the planning, development, and execution of memorable events and brand experiences. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial concept through final delivery, managing clients, budgets, creative direction, vendors, production teams, and on\-site operations. Event director roles typically involve coordinating resources, managing event teams and suppliers, controlling budgets, mitigating operational risks, and evaluating event performance. Key Responsibilities * Develop creative concepts and experiential strategies based on client objectives and target audiences. * Lead the complete event lifecycle from initial briefing and planning through execution and post\-event evaluation. * Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, timelines, and budgets. * Prepare event proposals, project plans, production schedules, and operational timelines. * Manage event budgets, expenses, quotations, contracts, and cost\-control measures. * Source, negotiate with, and manage venues, suppliers, contractors, production companies, and entertainment providers. * Direct creative and production teams responsible for staging, décor, audiovisual production, lighting, branding, and guest experiences. * Supervise event staff and coordinate responsibilities before and during live events. * Oversee logistics including transportation, equipment, staffing, venue setup, guest flow, and event schedules. * Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed client specifications. * Act as the senior point of contact for clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams. * Identify potential operational and safety risks and develop appropriate contingency plans. * Lead on\-site event operations and resolve unexpected issues quickly and professionally. * Monitor event quality, attendee experience, and client satisfaction. * Conduct post\-event reviews and use feedback and performance data to improve future events. * Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, client meetings, and promotional opportunities. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in event management, event production, experiential marketing, or a similar leadership position. * Proven experience managing corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, or large\-scale experiences. * Strong project management, budgeting, negotiation, and vendor\-management skills. * Excellent creative thinking and problem\-solving abilities. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary event teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. * Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in fast\-paced live\-event environments. * Knowledge of the Muscat/Oman events and business environment is an advantage.
