Experiential Event Director **Company:** Platinium Evenement **Location:** Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, Muscat, Oman **Salary:** OMR 1,450 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Summary Platinium Evenement is seeking an experienced and creative **Experiential Event Director** to lead the development, planning, and execution of memorable events and brand experiences. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring that every event meets client objectives, budget requirements, quality standards, and audience expectations. The role combines creative direction with strong operational leadership, including client management, vendor coordination, budgeting, team supervision, event production, and on\-site execution. Similar event leadership roles in Muscat emphasize end\-to\-end event management, client engagement, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and post\-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities * Develop innovative concepts and creative strategies for experiential events and brand activations. * Lead the complete event lifecycle from briefing and concept development to execution and post\-event evaluation. * Work closely with clients to understand objectives, target audiences, budgets, and desired outcomes. * Create detailed event plans, production schedules, timelines, and operational requirements. * Manage event budgets, expenses, quotations, contracts, and cost control. * Coordinate venues, suppliers, contractors, production teams, entertainment providers, and other partners. * Lead and motivate event managers, coordinators, creative teams, and on\-site staff. * Oversee event design, staging, décor, audiovisual production, lighting, signage, and guest experiences. * Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. * Manage on\-site operations and quickly resolve unexpected issues during live events. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Ensure appropriate safety, compliance, security, and risk\-management procedures are followed. * Monitor event performance and prepare post\-event reports with recommendations for improvement. * Stay informed about event trends, experiential marketing techniques, technology, and audience engagement strategies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. * 5\+ years of professional experience in event management, experiential marketing, event production, or a similar field. * Previous experience leading large\-scale events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, or corporate experiences. * Strong project management, budgeting, negotiation, and vendor\-management skills. * Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail. * Strong leadership and team\-management capabilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Knowledge of the Muscat/Oman events and business environment is an advantage.
