Executive Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive **Executive Secretary** to provide high\-level administrative support to senior management and ensure smooth and efficient business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments * Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence * Coordinate internal and external communications * Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Support day\-to\-day administrative and office operations * Follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution of directives **Requirements:** * Female candidate with 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role * Preferably Lebanese nationality * **Fluent in Arabic (speaking and writing)** * Proficient in English (spoken and written) * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in MS Office and office management systems * Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
