Event Planner Pitch & Proposal Specialist

Job purpose As an Event Planner- Pitch & Proposal Specialist, you will lead the development of compelling event pitches and proposals, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of bid responses for new business opportunities. You will be responsible for translating client briefs into innovative event concepts, managing the end-to-end proposal process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, commercially competitive submissions. You will also play a key role in supporting business growth by collaborating with Creative, Business Development, and Operations teams to develop engaging presentations, build preliminary budgets and timelines, and create proposals that align with both client objectives and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative and business development teams to craft high-quality eventpitches and proposals. Strategize and conceptualize event ideas tailored to client goals and expectations. Research client industries, competitors, and trends to deliver relevant and innovativeproposals. Create engaging and visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Keynote. Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely submission and accuracy. Assist with budget creation and event planning timelines during the pitch process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed concepts. Why Join Us? Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in event planning and proposal creation in the marketing and eventsindustry. • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • A team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience: • Pitch and Proposal creation: 5 years (Required) • Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
