Event Manager

Job Purpose To plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, catering functions ensuring excellent service delivery, client satisfaction, cost control, and compliance with company standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and special functions etc according to the requirements. • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and develop event plans and budgets. • Manage catering arrangements, menu planning, food presentation, and service delivery in coordination with kitchen and operations teams. • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely availability of resources and equipment. • Supervise event setup, manpower allocation, on-site operations. • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. • Ensure compliance with food safety, HSE requirements, and company policies. • Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships. • Prepare event reports, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for service improvement. • Required Female candidate with Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably in catering, hospitality • Strong experience in event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination.
