Estimator – Landscape Industry

**Location:** Doha, Qatar **Industry:** Landscaping **Employment Type:** Full\-time We are seeking an experienced **Estimator** with a strong background in the **landscape industry** to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience estimating and managing **large\-scale, prestigious landscaping projects** and handling the complete tender and bidding process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete tender and bid process from RFQ review and scope analysis through pricing, negotiation, and final submission. * Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender prices based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. * Develop project budgets and monitor costs to ensure profitability. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring proper scope alignment and competitive pricing. * Identify value\-engineering opportunities and prepare RFIs and technical clarifications. * Coordinate with Project Management teams during project handover, including reviewing drawings, costs, and schedules. * Maintain accurate estimating and project data using **Timberline** and other relevant systems. * Represent the company during pre\- and post\-contract meetings and client discussions. **Requirements:** * Minimum **6–8 years of professional experience in the Landscape Industry** is mandatory. * Proven experience in estimating **large\-scale and prestigious landscape projects**. * Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, construction methods, subcontractor pricing, and project costs. * Excellent attention to detail, negotiation, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and client\-facing abilities. * Experience with **Timberline** is preferred. * **Immediate joiners preferred.** * Valid **QID with transferable sponsorship/NOC** required. * Candidates currently based in **Qatar** will be given preference Pay: From QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
