Quantity Surveyor and Tender Estimator

We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor \& Tender Estimator** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity take\-off, cost estimation, tender preparation, and construction project costing. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions. * Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements. * Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons. * Prepare detailed tender pricing and ensure competitive and accurate submissions. * Monitor project costs, variations, and material quantities. * Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management**, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of relevant experience** in Qatar or the GCC. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, rates, and market pricing. * Proficient in **MS Excel** and quantity take\-off/tendering software. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Qatar/GCC construction experience is preferred.
