Estimation Department Coordinator

We are hiring for a client in Saudi Arabia. A leading EPC & Contracting company is seeking an experienced Estimation Department Coordinator to join its Head Office in Dammam. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong estimation and quantity surveying experience in major construction projects. Job Title: Estimation Department Coordinator Job Posting Date: 07/07/2026 Key Responsibilities: Prepare project estimates and cost analyses. Coordinate with estimation and tender teams. Review BOQs, specifications, and tender documents. Support proposal preparation and bid submissions. Coordinate with clients and internal departments. • Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • 6 9 years of experience as a QS/Estimation Engineer. • Experience with EPC or Main Contractor companies (consultancy experience will not be considered). • Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory. • Strong English communication skills. • Experience with prestigious clients such as NEOM, Diriyah, RCRC, Qiddiyah, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport, or Ministry of Defense is highly preferred.
