Environmental Auditing Manager

**About the Role** Black Rock Organics is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Environmental Auditing Manager to oversee our environmental compliance, sustainability assessments, and auditing frameworks in Kuwait. In this role, you will lead comprehensive environmental impact assessments, conduct regulatory compliance audits across operational facilities, monitor waste and emissions standards, and ensure full alignment with local Environmental Public Authority (EPA) regulations and international ISO environmental standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Environmental Compliance \& Auditing:** Design, execute, and manage routine and unannounced environmental audits across all facilities, supply chains, and operational processes. * **Regulatory Alignment:** Serve as the primary liaison with Kuwait’s Environment Public Authority (EPA) and other statutory bodies to ensure complete legal and environmental compliance. * **Risk \& Impact Assessment:** Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs), identify operational pollution or contamination risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. * **Sustainability \& Waste Management:** Monitor organic waste processing, soil health standards, chemical management, and carbon footprint metrics to drive sustainable practices. * **Reporting \& Corrective Actions:** Prepare detailed audit reports for senior leadership, track non\-conformance issues, and enforce corrective action plans to resolve compliance gaps. * **Training \& Governance:** Develop environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines, conducting training programs for staff and operational contractors. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Resource Management, or a related discipline. * **Certifications:** Certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or equivalent environmental safety/auditing credential is required. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 years of professional experience in environmental auditing, EHS management, or regulatory compliance, with experience in agricultural, organic, or industrial operations. * **Domain Expertise:** Deep knowledge of Kuwaiti environmental laws, EPA compliance frameworks, waste disposal protocols, and sustainability metrics. * **Skills:** Strong analytical reporting, risk management, root\-cause analysis, and auditor objectivity. * **Language:** Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive, tax\-free monthly salary package based on experience. * Comprehensive medical and health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and Kuwait labor law end\-of\-service benefits. * Career growth within a leader in organic and sustainable operations. الراتب المدفوع: KWD١٬٢٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
