Enterprise Architect

Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead the definition, governance and delivery of enterprise-wide architecture solutions across ERP, CRM and Salesforce platforms in the UAE. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, establish architecture standards and ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles and standards tailored to the UAE market • Lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs including solution selection, implementation oversight and integration • Design and oversee CRM solutions with a focus on Salesforce architecture, customization and data integration • Establish and enforce architecture governance processes, review boards and compliance checkpoints • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical designs • Produce and maintain architecture artifacts such as roadmaps, target-state models and reference architectures • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, infrastructure and integration teams • Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance agility and innovation • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, regulatory and localization requirements in the UAE Required Qualifications: • 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles with a focus on ERP and CRM transformation • Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent) • Hands-on experience designing and implementing ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrations • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, integration patterns and security • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing architecture governance and review processes • Strong technical design skills across systems integration, APIs, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership abilities • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field • Familiarity with UAE business practices, regulatory requirements and data localization laws Preferred Qualifications: • TOGAF certification and/or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) • Experience with large-scale digital transformation in government or large enterprise environments • Knowledge of Arabic language and cross-cultural collaboration in the GCC region • Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT or blockchain
