engineer, experience in Qty surveyor and govt department submissions

We are looking for an experienced Engineer with strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, project documentation, and government department submissions. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing quantities, cost\-related documents, project submissions, and coordinating with consultants and government authorities. * Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take\-offs, variations, and cost estimates. * Check project quantities against approved drawings and specifications. * Prepare and maintain Variation Orders and related documentation. * Review contractor quotations and compare prices and quantities. * Prepare documents required for government department submissions and approvals. * Coordinate with relevant government authorities, consultants, and project teams. * Follow up on submissions, approvals, comments, and required revisions. * Ensure all submissions are complete and comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities. * Review drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to identify quantity and cost implications. * Maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, and project documents. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and other departments regarding project requirements. * Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management regarding pending submissions and approvals. * Perform other engineering and quantity surveying duties as assigned by management. Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
