Engineer - Contracts / Commerial Contracts

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including EPC, service agreements, and supply contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation. • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from procurement to close-out, including tender evaluation, award, administration, and dispute resolution. • Develop and implement robust contract management strategies and procedures to ensure compliance, performance, and financial control. • Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and liabilities, providing clear and actionable advice to project stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. • Professional certifications such as FIDIC, NEC, or contract management certifications (e.g., CML) are highly valued. • Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal and commercial contract clauses across various international jurisdictions.
