• Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, understanding their philanthropic goals and ensuring meaningful engagement. • Develop and execute personalized stewardship plans that acknowledge donor contributions and demonstrate the impact of their gifts, fostering continued support. • Identify and solicit new major gift prospects through strategic research, networking, and compelling outreach, expanding the donor base. • Plan and manage exclusive donor events and experiences designed to deepen connections and inspire further investment in the organization's mission. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Philanthropy, Non-profit Management, Communications, or Business. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations within a non-profit or educational institution. • Proven track record of successfully cultivating, soliciting, and closing major gifts from individuals. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
