• Provide culturally sensitive social support and counseling to School Children and individuals facing social challenges, respecting local customs and values. • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans that address the unique needs of vulnerable pupils • Conduct thorough assessments of social, economic, and emotional factors impacting children, utilizing culturally appropriate methodologies. • Facilitate access to and coordinate with local community resources, government agencies, and charitable organizations to secure essential services for students • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field from a recognized university. • Fresher or experienced • Demonstrated understanding of Emirati culture, societal norms, and family structures. • Good English Communication
