ELV & Home Automation Support Technician

Salary: AED 1200 – 2,000/month (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV and Smart Home systems. * Troubleshoot Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Wi\-Fi, and Networking issues. * Configure and support smart devices including Zigbee, Wi\-Fi, and IP\-based systems. * Handle customer service requests professionally. * Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation. * Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and spare parts. * Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction. Preferred Skills * Experience in Home Automation or ELV Systems. * Knowledge of: * CCTV * Access Control * Video Intercom * Structured Cabling * Networking (Routers, Switches, Wi\-Fi) * Smart Home Platforms (Aqara, Tuya, Smart Life, Home Assistant is an advantage) * Basic understanding of IP networking. * Good troubleshooting skills. * Good English communication skills. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field. * 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. * UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage (not mandatory). * Immediate joiners preferred. * Own Visa preffered * Must be willing to work 6 days per week.
